Jassem Busaibe

Jassem Busaibe is Partner and Chairman at Arcadia Partners, where he oversees all investment and operational activities. Jassem brings more than 27 years of investment and executive leadership across Abu Dhabi's largest institutions. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Investments and Chief Investment Officer of Aldar Properties, where he built multiple real estate businesses and joint ventures from inception, formulated investment strategies and capital allocation plans, and assembled the teams to deliver large-scale deployment, active asset management and exits. Jassem has managed over AED 52 billion of investment assets and completed more than 60 transactions totaling over AED 35 billion. He has led bolt-on acquisitions and integration across operating businesses, driving double-digit EBITDA growth and returns on equity above 15%.

Earlier in his career he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer of SENAAT General Holding Corporation, overseeing portfolio companies including Emirates Steel, Ducab and Agthia; Chief Executive Officer of Arady Properties; Senior Vice President at Abu Dhabi Investment Company; and Portfolio Manager at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority.

Jassem's board experience spans government-related and commercial entities, including Aldar Logistics Holding, Aldar Investment Properties, Aldar Estates, Aldar Education, Abu Dhabi Business Hub, Emirates Transport, Emirates Steel and Ducab. Jassem holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School and is a CFA charter holder.

Saurabh Kasliwal

Saurabh Kasliwal is Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Arcadia Partners, where he leads the firm's investment strategy, execution, portfolio construction, and exit planning. He is a senior real estate investment professional with more than 18 years of experience across the full investment cycle, from originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions including acquisitions, M&A, development projects, and joint ventures through to successful exits.

Prior to Arcadia, Saurabh was Executive Director and Head of Investments at Aldar Investments, where he led execution on more than 60 transactions totaling over AED 35 billion. Notable transactions include the Abu Dhabi Business Hub, Al Markaz logistics park, KEZAD big-box logistics assets, ADGM Towers, the 19-asset TDIC portfolio acquisition, the GAIA and Masdar joint ventures, and the disposals of Murjan Tower, Westin and Abu Dhabi Golf Club, and the Saadiyat district cooling assets. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Investments at MISMAK, the real estate arm of First Abu Dhabi Bank, and as Assistant Vice President in private equity direct investments at Abu Dhabi Investment Company.

Saurabh has served on the boards of Abu Dhabi Business Hub, Khidmah, C2i, PIVOT Engineering, and Basatin Landscaping. He holds an MBA in Finance from the S.P. Jain Center of Management and is a CFA and CAIA charter holder.

Daniele Vecchi

Daniele Vecchi is Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Arcadia Partners, where he is responsible for the overall financial strategy, risk management, optimisation of investment performance, financial reporting and compliance. Daniele brings more than 34 years of financial experience as CFO, Treasurer and corporate finance practitioner, with a strong track record of setting up, leading and transforming treasury and finance functions, as well as executing multi-billion dollar debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Prior to Arcadia, he was most recently Executive Director, Corporate Finance and Treasury at Aldar Properties PJSC, with direct responsibility for treasury, investor relations, corporate finance, capital allocation and insurance. At Aldar he was also a member of the Group Investment Committee and a director on the boards of Aldar Hospitality, Aldar Estates and C2i.

Daniele started his career at Nestlé, where he spent several years in Italy, the US and Switzerland managing the group’s capital markets activity. In 2007 he moved to the UAE as Head of Treasury of Majid Al Futtaim Group, a role he held until 2014, and from 2016 to 2021 he led the Treasury and Investor Relations function of Investcorp, the global alternative asset manager. Daniele holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (major in Economics) from the University of Bologna, an MSc in Risk Management from NYU Stern School of Business, and completed an executive education programme at London Business School.

Duncan Rhys Kane

Duncan Rhys Kane is Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Arcadia Partners, responsible for the firm's operating platform, governance and asset management. Duncan brings more than 18 years of real estate experience in the UAE, having closed more than AED 10 billion of transactions across logistics, office and residential. He was most recently Chief Portfolio Officer at Aldar Properties, where he grew the portfolio under his direct oversight from AED 9.2 billion to AED 16 billion of gross asset value over a six-year tenure. Prior to that, he was Head of Investment and Development at Al Tayer Real Estate, overseeing a diversified portfolio. Prior, he was at Tecom Group.

Duncan has served as a board member, company director and investment committee member across several UK and UAE real estate firms including Aldar Logistics Holding and several JVs with Mubadala in the UAE and LRE Capital in the UK.

Adrian Peikert

Adrian Peikert is a Partner at Arcadia Partners, focused on deal origination, underwriting and structuring. Adrian was previously in the real estate team at EQT Partners, focusing on the logistics strategy which is ranked in the top 5% of industry returns for the sector.

As junior deal lead he closed over USD 700 million across more than ten logistics transactions from sourcing through to execution, roughly 40% of which were development-led, and competed on more than USD 2 billion across over fifty deals including a REIT take-private. Adrian holds a BSc in Management Science from University College London.

Saleh Busaibe

Saleh Busaibe is a Partner at Arcadia Partners, focused on deal origination, underwriting and structuring. Saleh was previously in the real estate team at Apollo Global Management, where he worked on real estate debt investments across Europe.

Saleh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
