Arcadia takes its name from a phrase that asks you to look twice.
The words Et in Arcadia ego carry one lesson, and it is ours: the most compelling opportunities are rarely found by looking only at what is visible today. They come from understanding what lies beneath: the fundamentals, the people, the dynamics, the risks and, most of all, the potential for what something can become.
Arcadia brings together investment, ownership and advice to identify that potential and turn it into enduring value.
We invest in funds and opportunities where experienced managers, different strategies and strong market dynamics can create better long-term value. We look for real expertise, structural advantage and the potential to compound over time.
Meaningful positions in businesses where engaged ownership can unlock more value. Perspective, experience and discipline, brought to the boardroom and the management team. Not activism for its own sake.
Independent strategic and investment advice for companies, shareholders, investors and owners facing significant decisions. Because we invest ourselves, our advice is grounded in ownership.
